DevTeach 2006 was my first conference and like anything you do for the first time you make a few mistakes.
Jason Row has a
good post showing a list of things that you should do when going to a conference. The only thing that I'd add is that you should take your power cord with you to the conference location. Leaving it in your hotel room doesn't really help you any.
I'm the Igloo Coder and for the past week I've been damn happy that I bought the extra sized battery.
